Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of safety culture maturity (Safety Culture Maturity Model - SCMM) at PT. Hutama Karya Infrastructure. Safety culture is an important aspect in the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) which can influence workers' safety perceptions and behavior. Based on Law no. 1 of 1970 concerning Work Safety and Government Regulation no. 50 of 2012 concerning Implementation of K3 Management Systems, every company is required to implement an effective work safety management system. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to PT employees. Hutama Karya Infrastructure. Data analysis was carried out using a Likert scale to assess cultural, policy, process, strategy and technological aspects related to work safety. The research results show that the level of safety culture maturity at PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur is at level 5 or Resilient Level, namely 89.2%, which illustrates the company's commitment to improving work safety. It is hoped that the findings of this research will contribute to companies in identifying areas that require improvement to achieve a higher level of safety culture maturity. Apart from that, the results of this research can also be used as a reference for other companies in implementing SCMM to improve occupational safety and health in the workplace.
