Abstract
The aim of this research was to know the affect of organic fertilizer on several dosis of inorganic fertilizer on the growth and production of high land paddy. Factorial randomized block design was used in this study with two factors and three replications. The first factor was organic fertilizer application : without fertilizer (Po), NAP organic fertilizer (Pi) and NS organic fertilizer (P2). The second factor was inorganic fertilizer doses (N,P,K) : without fertilizer (Aq), 25% inorganic fertilizer (Ai), 50% inorganic fertilizer (A2), 75% inorganic fertilizer (A3) and 100% inorganic fertilizer (A4). The result showed that organic fertilizer treatment (A) and organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer interaction (PxA) did not affect significantly on all parameters while inorganic fertilizer treatment (P) affected significantly on the number of productive tiller. The production of NAP organic fertilizer with 75% of inorganic fertilizer (P1A3) was 2,75 ton per ha, while the production of NS organic fertilizer with 100% of inorganic fertilizer (P2A4) was 2,45 ton per ha. The yield of on P1A3 increased 13,46%, while the yield of P2A4 increased 5,71%.
