Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effects of Good Corporate Governance (Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, Institutional Ownership), Growth Opportunity, and Dividend Policy on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2019-2023. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, resulting in a total of 230 observations. The analysis technique employed is panel data regression. Data processing was conducted using Eviews software, and hypotheses were tested using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results indicate that Good Corporate Governance, Growth Opportunity, and Dividend Policy positively influence the value of manufacturing companies. The implications of this research suggest that companies should prioritize effective Good Corporate Governance practices, establish clear growth strategies, and implement appropriate dividend policies to enhance corporate value.
