Abstract

Ogan Ilir merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Sumatera Selatan yang memiliki 65% wilayah berupa lahan gambut yang mudah terbakar pada musim kemarau. Berdasarkan Laporan Statitik KLHK 2020, pada tahun 2019 Sumatera Selatan merupakan provinsi dengan total luas lahan terbakar terluas di Indonesia dengan luas 336.798 hektar. Kebakaran hutan dan lahan biasanya terjadi pada bulan kering dikarenakan terjadi penurunan curah hujan pada periode tersebut yang dipengaruhi terjadinya fenomena El-Nino. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan bulan kering dengan menggunakan metode SPI dan menganalisis peta luas area terdampak kebakaran hutan dan lahan di wilayah Ogan Ilir tahun 2019-2021 menggunakan metode NBR dan dNBR. Data yang digunakan yaitu citra Landsat 8, titik hotspot dan data curah hujan tahun 2019-2021. Pada tahun 2019 bulan kering berada pada bulan Juli, September dan November, tahun 2020 dan 2021 di bulan Januari dan April. Luas kebakaran hutan dan lahan di wilayah Ogan Ilir pada tahun 2019 dengan luas 20.204,5 ha, tahun 2020 dan 2021 dengan luas 5.536,35 ha dan 8.048,96 ha. Sebaran titik hotspot pada tahun 2019, 2020 dan 2021 dominan terjadi di wilayah Pemulutan, Indralaya Utara, Pemulutan barat, Rambang Kuang dan Tanjung Raja dikarenakan daerah tersebut memiliki lahan gambut mudah terbakar.
