Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh earning per share, price to book value, dan price earning ratio terhadap harga saham pada Perusahaan Retail yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan retail yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jumlah sampel yang terdapat pada penelitian ini yakni berjumlah 24 perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Periode dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 tahun yaitu 2018 – 2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan program satisfical for product and service solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa earning per share, price to book value dan price earning ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini mampu membuktikan Teori Sinyal. Penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai bahan pertimbanngan bagi para investor karena penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh dari earning per share, price to book value, dan price earning ratio terhadap harga saham agar memudahkan dalam mengambil keputusan investasi.
