Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi KOL Specialist CV Istana Berlian Internasional dalam melakukan kegiatan promosi produk penggemuk badan Wookey Wight di Tiktok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dan merujuk pada teori Chaffey dan Smith (2017), yang memiliki tahapan Situation Analysis, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Action dan Control (SOSTAC). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui pada tahap Situation Analysis KOL Specialist CV Istana Berlian Internasional melakukan promosi menggunakan jasa Key Opinion Leader (KOL) di platform Tiktok. Tahap Objectives menebar sebanyak-banyaknya promosi ke banyak KOL di Tiktok, serta memberikan reward dan challenge. Tahapan strategi CV Istana Berlian Internasional adalah memilih KOL dengan kategori perawatan dan kesehatan agar sesuai dengan product positioning Wookey Wight seperti dokter, apoteker, dan bidan. Tahap tactics menyampaikan dan membuat brief yang memuat tentang informasi produk dan guideline promosi dengan kalimat yang menarik dan elegan agar konten yang dihasilkan mampu menarik perhatian followers atau calon pelanggan. Tahap action, membuat brief yang solutif dan meminta para KOL untuk mencari kata-kata yang tepat agar konten dapat ditayangkan di platform Tiktok dengan kalimat persuasi. Tahap Controlling, mengawasi kinerja, menjaga hubungan baik, dan memotivasi para KOL agar menjadi KOL dan affiliator yang aktif memposting konten promosi produk Wookey Wight.
