Abstract
The development of the world of beauty in Indonesia has experienced a significant increase. Technological advances in the digital era currently present many diverse beauty products. The high competition in the world of beauty is a challenge in introducing products to the public. This research aims to find out how Daviena skincare's marketing communication strategy increases product sales to TikTok social media users in Palembang City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques applied include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity uses data, data source triangulation techniques. The results of this research show that Daviena skincare utilizes a well-integrated marketing communications strategy on TikTok. Various creative approaches such as collaboration with influencers, interesting and educational content, and the use of relevant hashtags to increase product visibility. Through data analysis, it was found that marketing campaigns carried out on TikTok were effective in attracting audience attention, increasing interaction and driving sales conversions. Overall, Daviena skincare's marketing communication strategy on TikTok has succeeded in increasing product sales and strengthening brand awareness among social media users.
