Abstract

The research entitled the application of measuring physical fitness test results using the tennis sports corner application for students at SD Negeri 11 Tanjung Batu. This research aims to determine the physical condition by using an application for students at SD Negeri 11 Tanjung Batu. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the research carried out were data on the physical fitness of students at SD Negeri 11 Tanjung Batu with a total of 52 students in the very good category 0%, in the good category 21%, in the fair category 75%, in the poor category 4%, in the very poor category 0%. From all the categories above, it can be concluded that the physical condition of class VI students at SD Negeri 11 Tanjung Batu is in the adequate category with a percentage of 75%. The application of measuring the results of this research is to increase students' awareness to continue to maintain their physical condition wherever and whenever, so that they can improve students' physical condition in the categories of adequate, poor and very poor so that it can become better.
