Abstract
The accreditation development of community health centers is an activity aimed at preparing these centers to meet accreditation standards. The approach used in the accreditation development of community health centers is through a systems approach, where the improvement of the performance of community health centers serves as the output from the structure (input) that is managed through a process. This study aims to analyze the efforts in the accreditation development of community health centers. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological perspective. The research results indicate that the accreditation coaching system for community health centers in Ogan Ilir Regency is supported by the Decree of the Head of the Health Office of Ogan Ilir Regency regarding the Accreditation Coaching Team, funding sourced from the regional and national budgets, a coaching schedule, and facilities that align with the guidelines. The planning for development has not been outlined in the operational plan, the implementation of development both directly and indirectly, and the evaluation is conducted after accreditation, especially concerning the achievements of the reaccreditation of community health centers. Follow-up efforts include the completeness of facilities and infrastructure, supporting data for accreditation, and understanding of accreditation guidelines. Further research needs to explore the role of leadership in the accreditation development of community health centers.
