Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pemberian pupuk kandang kotoran sapi dan Urine sapi terhadap pertumbuhan dan pekembangan tanaman sawi caisim. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan, pada bulan desember 2020 sampai maret 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial (RAKF) yang terdiri 2 faktor. Faktor pertama dosis pupuk kandang sapi dan faktor kedua dosis urine sapi. Faktor pertama yaitu : Dosis pupuk kandang sapi, P0 = Kontrol (Tanpa pupuk kandang sapi) P1 = Pupuk kandang sapi 50 g tanaman-1, P2 = Pupuk kandang sapi 100 g tanaman-1, dan P3 = Pupuk kandang sapi 150 g tanaman-1. Faktor kedua yaitu : Dosis urine sapi (B), B0 = Kontrol (Tanpa urine sapi), B1 = Urine sapi 400 ml-1, B2 = Urine sapi 500 ml-1, dan B3 = Urine sapi 600 ml-1. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perlakuan pupuk kandang kotoran sapi dengan dosis 150 g tanaman-1 memberikan hasil terbaik untuk tanaman caisim. Perlakuan urine sapi 600 ml-1 memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim. Perlakuan P1 B3 pupuk kandang kotoran sapi 50 g tanaman-1 dan urine sapi 600 ml-1 memberikan hasil terbaik untuk bobot basah tajuk.
