Abstract

Program kesetaraan paket c merupakan bagian pendidikan bersifat non formal yang bertujuan sebagai pengganti pendidikan formal bagi anak yang putus sekolah. Pendidikan kesetaraan paket c ini hadir memberikan kesempatan pendidikan bagi anak yang putus sekolah pada tingkatan SMA untuk mendapatkan kompetesni lulusan yang dianggap setara dengan sekolah formal. salah satu instansi pendidikan yang memiliki program kesetaraan paket c adalah SPNF SKB Kota palembang. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi SPNF SKB kota palembang dalam menormanisasikan program kesetaraan paket c. dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teori strategi komunikasi menurut Hafied Cangara yang memiliki 5 tahapan. penelitian ini menggunkan metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data memlalui wawancara, obe=servasi, dan dokumentasi. berdasarkan hasil penelitian imi menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi SPNF SKB kota palembang dalam mensosialisasikan program kesetaraan paket c telah menerapkan beberaoa tahapan-tahapan strategi komunikasi dimulai dari penelitian, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan pelaporan
