Abstract
The objective of the research was to know the ability of the rubber clone ability resistance clone to Corynespora cassiicola infection, the patogen of leaf fail disease at rubber. The research was conducted in Department of Plant Pest and Disease, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, from April to September 2008. The research was arranged in Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD). The group consist of six rubber clone and four replication. Each replication consist of four rubbers plant polybag. The rubber clone were GT 1, PB 260, IRR 39, BPM 1, BPM 24 and PR 261. The parameter observed were incubation fase, deseases severity and number of leave fail. The result showed that incubation fase of six clone were three until four days after inoculation. The highest disease severity showed by IRR 39 clone was 98,45% and the lowest at PB 260 was 41,53%. Disease severity in GT 1, BPM 24, PR 261 and BPM 1 clone were 78,63, 76,78 and 47,88%. The effects of inoculation C. cassiicola to number of leave fail percentage caused by PGDC on six rubber clon. The highest leaf fail show that leaf fail range betwen 10,41% until 73,95% In GT clone was about 70,80% up to 20,83%. The clone of PB 260 was the clone which is more resistance than the others.
