Abstract
Leptocorisa acuta (Thunb.) is one several pest in rice. The objctive of the research was to examine effect of bioinsecticides concentration levels by active ingredient B. bassiana dan Metarhizium sp. and mortality of L. acuta. The research was conducted in Entomological Laboratory, Departement of Plant Pests and Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University from Februari 2008 to Agust 2008. The objective of the research was to examine the effect of bioinsecticides concentration levels by active ingredient B. bassiana and Metarhizium sp. That growth on com mill, rice and SDB substrate against mortality and Lethal Time (LT50) of L. acuta nymph. The research used 10 treatment with 3 replication, 10 pl of each isolate solution tested to L. acuta nimph by concentration 0, 103, 105, 107 spore/ml. The formulation used B. bassiana fungi from com mill substrate+700 ml EKKU 100%+300 g glucose (A), Metarhizium sp. from com mill substrate+700 ml EKKU 100%+300 g glucose (D), Beauveria bassiana from rice substrate+700 ml EKKU 100%+300 g glucose (B), Metarhizium sp. from rice substrate+ 700 ml EKKU 100%+300 g glucose (E), Beauveria bassiana from SDB substrate+300 g glucose (C), Metarhizium sp. from SDB substrate+300 glucose (F). The result showed that was lethal time (LT50) from formulation value was 2.18 days was on B. bassiana on com mill substrate with concentration 107 spore/ml and
