Abstract
The experiment was conducted at the Laboratory of Phytopathology and Greenhouse, Department of Pests and Plant Pathology Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Inderalaya Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra from May to July 2008. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of post inoculation the lid long the process of infection and disease progressi on deciduous Corynespora cassicolla on 6clones. Using a Factorial Compietely Randomized Design (Ralf) consisting of 6 clones, 6 treatments and 3 replications. Each treatment is as follows: The first factor is the long the lid clones (P) that leavesthe lid 2 days (Pl), leaves the lid 3 days (P2), leaves the lid 4 days (P3), leaves the lid 5 days (P4) , leaves the lid 6 days (P5) and leaves the lid 7 days (P6). The second factor was clones (K) include: GT 1 (Kl), PB 260 (K2), IRR 39 (K3),PR261(K4),BPM24(K5),BPM1(K6). The results of this study show that long closure with a plastic bag against infection Corynespora on for four days to produce the severity of 69.44% and the fail leaves at 52.42% highest in because of the influence of humidity and temperature suitable for the development of leaf fail disease Corynespora and the lid for two days to produce the level of severity and leaf fail as low as 49.80% and 10.82% due the lid for two days yet the incubation period which caused the pathogenC. Cass/co//tfonrubberplants. Effect of severity and autumn leaves to infection of C. Cassicolla indicates the severity and the highest level of autumn leaves on clones BPM 1 of 73. 82% and leaf fail of 54.67%, this is because the clones are susceptible to disease attack Corynespora leaf fail, while the clones that produce the lowest severity caused by the pathogen C. cassicolla is a clone PB 260 at 27.08% and lowest in deciduous PB 260 clones of 5.24%, it is in because of high levels of resistance clones (resisisten),on deciduous diseaseCorynespora. Interaction between long the lid and rubber clones to leaf fail disease Corynespora namely the lid for four days and clone PR261 showed the highest severity of 96.60% in because of the influence of long the lid and low resistance of clones that do not have network structures and Chemicals to inhibit pathogens. even susceptible plants usually have different structures and Chemicals that support the development of pathogens, while the lid for two days on the PB 260 clone produces the lowest severity of this at the moment because of the lid and clones that are resistant to leaf fail disease Corynespora.
