Abstract

Rapid technological advancements, particularly in the industrial sector, have led to the creation of automated robots controlled by computer technology. One common form of these robots in the industrial world is the robotic arm, designed to automate repetitive tasks that previously required human labor, consuming significant time and energy. To enhance production efficiency, industries are racing to automate their processes, with robots as a key element with significant development potential. The primary function of industrial robots today is to replace human tasks that are repetitive, require high endurance and concentration, and involve heavy physical labor such as moving and positioning objects. This research designs a robotic arm capable of moving eggs and controlling the robot via an Android smartphone or IoT-based system. The designed robot system utilizes the ATmega2560-16AU microcontroller, which has proven effective in controlling all movements and operations of the robot. Additionally, the ESP32 module effectively serves as a communication link between the user and the robot, enabling fast and accurate command transmission. The results of the research indicate that this robotic arm can be an efficient solution in industrial automation processes, particularly for tasks requiring high precision and repetition.
