Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara strategi mengajar guru, kesiapan belajar peserta didik, dan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Biologi kelas 10 SMA. Pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional digunakan dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi nilai ulangan harian. Strategi mengajar guru dinilai berdasarkan kecakapan, pengetahuan, dan proses mengajar, sementara kesiapan belajar mencakup aspek fisik, mental, emosional, kebutuhan, dan pengetahuan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara strategi mengajar yang adaptif serta kesiapan belajar yang optimal terhadap hasil belajar. Sinergi antara pendekatan pengajaran (faktor eksternal) dan kesiapan belajar (faktor internal) terbukti berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep,keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan prestasi akademis peserta didik. Kata Kunci: Strategi guru, Readiness, hasil belajar, biologi.
