Abstract
Pabrik pembuatan Etil Akrilat dengan kapasitas 40.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri di Kawasan Industri Cilegon, Banten pada tahun 2029, dengan perkiraan luas area pabrik sebesar 5,155 Ha. Bahan baku yang digunakan dalam proses pembuatan Etil Akrilat adalah asam akrilat dan etanol. Proses pembuatan Etil Akrilat akan melewati 2 tahapan utama yaitu sintesis dan purifikasi yang mengacu pada US Patent No. US 20220244982A1. Reaktor yang digunakan dalam pembuatan produk adalah Trickle Bed Reactor. Pabrik pembuatan Etil Akrilat ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) menggunakan sistem organisasi Line and Staff, jumlah karyawan yang berkerja yaitu 100 orang yang dipimpin oleh satu direktur utama. Berdasarkan analisis ekonomi yang telah dilakukan, pabrik Etil Akrilat ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter ekonomi sebagai berikut: • Total Capital Investment = US$ 47.887.296,66 • Selling Price per Year = US$ 144.177.870,33 • Total Production Cost = US$ 104.839.459,34 • Annual Cash Flow = US$ 32.986.520,73 • Pay Out Time = 1,55 Tahun • Rate of Return = 61,61% • Discounted Cash Flow = 63,62% • Break Event Point = 35,71% • Service Life = 11 Tahun
