Abstract
The throughway planning for the Musi Bridge VI location in Seberang Ulu I districts precisely in the village 2 Ulu, and will bypass of KH. Wahid Hasyim, the Panca Usaha street and end point are located on the road village Silaberanti precisely in the way Governor H. Ahmad Bastari. Therefore the research on these roads has been conducted for the characteristics of traffic floww that trough these streets. The data included traffic survey and instantaneous speed survey. The datas then analyzed using the calculation Method of the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI,1997) and Software VISSIM 6.00. The research result showed the value of the maximum capacity of 3036 pcu/hour and the degree of saturation for of the Musi Bridge VI towards Jakabaring of 0.22 with the level of service A. As of Jakabaring to the Musi Bridge VI degree of saturation of 0.26 with the level of service A. For the average delay by 4 modeling using Software VISSIM 6.00 get the biggest avarage delay on condition 2, a condition intersection 4 KH. Wahid Hasyim after the contruction of a road through the plan Musi Bridge VI where the average delay amounted to 38,29 pcu/sec.
