Abstract
Pabrik pembuatan asam laktat dengan kapasitas produksi 62.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan akan berdiri pada tahun 2029 berlokasi di Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten dengan luas area 1,63 ha. Proses pembuatan asam laktat ini mengacu pada Patent CN 113426462 A, dimana proses yang digunakan berupa proses dehidrogenasi gliserol dengan bantuan katalis PtCo/CeO2 dalam continuous stirred tank reactor. Reaksi berlangsung pada temperatur 200oC dan tekanan 10 atm. Pabrik ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur dengan karyawan sebanyak 153 orang. Pabrik asam laktat layak dipertimbangkan untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi: • Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 31.415.688,86 • Total Penjualan = US$ 299.503.942,11 • Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 187.521.563,96 • Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = US$ 80.957.782,21 • Pay Out Time (POT) = 0,44 tahun • Rate of Return Investment (ROR) = 24,95% • Discounted Cash Flow – ROR = 23,17% • Break Event Point (BEP) = 32,89% • Service Life = 11 tahun Kata Kunci: Asam Laktat, Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor, Perseroan Terbatas
