Abstract

Salah satu bentuk kemajuan teknologi informasi adalah penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pengembangan website, salah satunya yaitu website ChatGPT. ChatGPT memiliki pengalaman pengguna yang kurang baik dalam berbagai aspek, sehingga diperlukan evaluasi user experience pada website ChatGPT dengan menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Variabel attractiveness memperoleh nilai evaluasi positif sebesar 1,503. Variabel perspicuity memperoleh nilai evaluasi positif sebesar 1,661.Variabel efficiency memperoleh nilai evaluasi positif sebesar 1,615. Variabel dependability memperoleh nilai evaluasi positif dengan nilai rata-rata secara keseluruhan sebesar 1,286. Variabel stimulation memperoleh nilai evaluasi positif sebesar 1,182. Variabel novelty memperoleh nilai evaluasi positif sebesar 0,942. Website ChatGPT telah menunjukkan kualitas yang baik karena memiliki nilai evaluasi yang positif dari penilaian pengguna. Namun, pada variabel attractiveness, dependability, dan novelty masih terdapat beberapa item yang mendapatkan penilaian netral. Sehingga peningkatan produk masih diperlukan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna.
