Abstract
Nowadays robot is very necessary to help human activities because its speed and thoroughness. It able to programmed with different purposes. This project aim is to build an application running on smartphone based on android to control red object detector robot. The robot and the application is connected with HC-6 Bluetooth. Robot direction data sent by smartphone via Bluetooth processed by microcontroller. The microcontroller sent the pulse to the DC motor to move the robot to the desired direction. According to the result of the study, that application could work well based on the objective. The application program could be run at android operations system and could control the movement of the robot to go forward, go right, go left, stop and take a colored object.
