Abstract
PT. South Sumatra Regional Development Bank is engaged in banking. A firms engaged in public service or the customer will certainly provide a better service for customer satisfaction. The system used in operational activities related to the handling of customer complaints is not optimal, because it is still done manually and still use the book in the process of recording customer complaints. The process of sending a complaint that has not been done by computerized cause frequent delays in completing the customer complaint. Web Application Development for Handling Customer Complaints is necessary to overcome the problems and weaknesses of the current system because it can simplify the process of handling customer complaints and customer report generation. The proposed system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database
