Abstract
Speedy is one of Telkom product that are widely used today’s society. All this time customers hard in the registration process and delivery of complaints about Speedy. Therefore, this research conducted to produce a system that can help in the process of registration and delivery of complaints about Speedy using the Development of Customer Relationship Management. Development of Customer Relationship Management in this research covers register as new Speedy customer and delivery process Speedy’s complaint by using Short Message Servive (SMS). Development of Customer Relationship Management is built using FAST system development methods (Framework for the Application of System Thinking). In this system, there are some features for managing product data, customer data, confirmation data, complaints data, and reports. This system can facilitate customers to register as new Speedy customer and delivery process Speedy’s complaint only by using Short Message Servive (SMS).
