Abstract

Perumda Tirta Musi Palembang merupakan penyedia layanan air bersih yang telah mengadopsi transformasi digital melalui website resmi untuk menyampaikan informasi layanan, tarif, pengaduan, dan pembayaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas website Perumda Tirta Musi menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0, yang meliputi tiga dimensi: kualitas kegunaan (usability quality), kualitas informasi (information quality), dan kualitas interaksi layanan (service interaction quality). Data dikumpulkan dari 104 responden pengguna website melalui kuesioner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dimensi usability quality dan information quality tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing sebesar 0,330 dan 0,152 (>0,05). Namun, dimensi service interaction quality memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05). Pengujian bersama menunjukkan bahwa ketiga dimensi tersebut secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini menyarankan perbaikan pada tampilan website agar lebih menarik dan nyaman digunakan, pembaruan informasi secara rutin, serta pengembangan fitur seperti riwayat tagihan pelanggan dan notifikasi otomatis. Dengan rekomendasi ini, diharapkan website Perumda Tirta Musi dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan mendukung transformasi digital perusahaan.
