Abstract

This research aims to analyze the determinants of Inflation in Indonesia. Controlling inflation is one of major macroeconomic problems. This research is used data from Central Statistic Agency and Bank Indonesia from 1994-2014. Research data were estimated by using Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The Results of this research that Consumption has a positive and significant affect on inflation in Indonesia. Investment has a positive and significant affect on inflation in Indonesia. Government Expenditure has a positively and significant on inflation. Net Exports is positively and not significant affect on inflation. Consumption, Investment, and Government are positively and significant affect on inflation in Indonesia simultaneously. Consumption, Investments, Government Expenditure are determinant of Inflation in Indonesia, except Net Exports.
