Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Human Development Index (HDI), poverty and unemployment on the economic growth of districts/cities in South Sumatra Province. The data used is secondary data for the 2012-2021 period obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. This research method uses panel data regression. The research results show that HDI, proverty and unemployment have a significant effect on the economic growth of districts/cities in South Sumatra Province. It is hoped that future researchers will be able to analyze other variables. Through more in-depth research and more complete data and methods, we can improve the results of policy implications.
