Abstract

This study aims to find out the quality of work-life and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) empolyees on PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret Kecamatan Ilir Barat I). The populaion in this study is all the employee on Indomaret Kecamaan Ilir Barat I which numbers are 128 people and used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection method used a quesionnaires. Data analysis technique used are multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data is processed using the SPSS version 27. The results of quality of work-life findings have positive and significant effect of employee PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret Kecamatan Ilir Barat I). At the same time, job satisfaction findings have positive and significant effect of employee PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret Kecamatan Ilir Barat I).
