Abstract
The study, titled “The Implementation of Physical Fitness Test Measerement Using the PJOK Application for Student at SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya, “aims to assess the physical condition of student at SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach to provide a comprehensive depiction of the phenomenon being investigated. Data collection was conducted through a survei method using a physical tetst instrument encompassing five components of physical fitness: endurance (pacer test), strength (push up), flexibility (v sit and reach test), agility (t test), speed (30m sprint). The results of this study indicate the distribution of student’ physical conditions based on the physical fitness test as follows: “Excellent” at 27%, “Good” at 23%, “Averege” at 18%, “Poor” at 18%, and a “Very Poor”, at 13%. Thus, in general, the physical condition of student at SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya is predominantly categorized as “Excellent”, with the highest percentage. This research contributes to the utilization of the PJOK application as a tool for measuring student physical fitness, which is expected to support the physical education learning process and enhance awareness of the important of physical fitness among student
