Abstract

Lupus adalah penyakit autoimun kronis yang prevalensinya meningkat setiap tahun, memengaruhi berbagai sistem tubuh dan memerlukan penanganan. Terapi komplementer seperti meditasi dan yoga dapat membantu mengurangi stres, meningkatkan keseimbangan fisik dan emosional, serta mendukung pengobatan farmakologi. Studi awal di Persatuan Lupus Sumatera Selatan (PLSS) menunjukkan rendahnya pengetahuan anggota tentang terapi ini. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan adalah pemberian edukasi. Video meditasi yoga (MEGA) dikembangkan sebagai media edukasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Video MEGA terhadap pengetahuan terapi komplementer meditasi dan yoga pada pasien lupus di PLSS. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain preexperimental menggunakan rancangan one group pre-test post-test melibatkan 18 orang responden yang merupakan anggota Persatuan Lupus Sumatera Selatan (PLSS). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Uji normalitas penelitian lmenggunakan uji Shapiro Wilk menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal p-value>0,05 (pre-test=0,212 dan post-test= 0,107). Hampir setengah dari responden dalam penelitian ini dewasa akhir (38,9%) dan sebagian besar perguruan tinggi (61,1%) sedangkan hasil analisis univariat terhadap pengetahuan anggota PLSS didapatkan nilai rata-rata pre-test 12,06 dan post-test 15,06. Hasil uji paired t test menunjukkan p-value 0,000 (p<0,05) dan perubahan rata-rata sebesar -3,000 menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan responden dan efektivitas pemberian intervensi video. Peningkatan skor pengetahuan menunjukkan efektivitas video yang disajikan secara interaktif dan mudah dipahami sehingga mampu menjelaskan terapi komplementer meditasi dan yoga. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan video mega berperan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota PLSS serta penggunaan video mega dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam pendidikan kesehatan Kata Kunci : Lupus, Meditasi, Pengetahuan, Terapi Komplementer, Video Mega, Yoga Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease whose prevalence increases every year, affecting various body systems and requiring treatment. Complementary therapies such as meditation and yoga can help reduce stress, increase physical and emotional balance, and support pharmalogical treatment. Initialstudies at the South Sumatera Lupus Association (SSLA) show low members’ knowledge about this therapy. One way to increase knowledge is providing education. The MEGA video (Yoga Meditation) was developed as an educational medium increase patient knowledge. This study aims to analyze the effect of Mega Video on knowledge of complementary therapy meditation and yoga for lupus patient at SSLA. This type of research was a quantitative study with a pre-experimental design using a one group pre-test post-test design involving 18 respondens who are members of the South Sumatera Lupus Association (SSLA). The sampling technique in this study used the accidental sampling techniwue. The normality test of the study used the Shapiro Wilk test showed that the data was normally distributed p-value>0,05 (pretest=0,212 and post-test=0,107). The largest age group in this study was late adulthood (38,9%) and collage educated (61,1%), while the univariate analysis result to the knowledge of SSLA members obtained an average pre-test value of 12,06 and a post-test of 15,06. The result of the paired t test showed a p-value of 0,000 (p<0,05) and an average change was -3.000, there was a significant effect on respondents’ knowledge score showed the effectiveness of the mega video which was presented interactively and easy to understand so that it is able to explain complementary meditation and yoga therapies. The results of this study are expected to be able increase insight, knowledge, and understanding about complementary therapies of meditation and yoga.
