Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that aims to describe and empirically test how the influence of Company Size, Profitability, and Company Risk on Audit Fees in State-Owned Enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022. The type of data used by the author in conducting this research is secondary data obtained from annual reports that have been published from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and related company websites for the period 2020-2022. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that Company Size has a significant positive effect on Audit Fees and Profitability does not affect Audit Fees while Company Risk has a positive effect on Audu Fees Keywords: Company Size, Profitability, Company Risk, Audit Fee
