Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan mengenai apakah penerapan program Sistem Kredit Semester (SKS) dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar peserta didik di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto dengan analisis data statistik deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi, angket dan observasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan program Sistem Kredit Semester (SKS) terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Palembang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil angket penerapan program SKS berpengaruh positif dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 82% dan angket motivasi belajar juga berpengaruh positif dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 85%. Artinya penerapan program SKS dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. Pada penelitian ini disarankan untuk peneliti selanjutnya menambahkan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian, dan sebaiknya bagi guru dapat mengarahkan peserta didik agar dapat mempertahankan motivasi belajar.
