Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of job insecurity and organizational support on turnover intention among non-PNS employees at Sriwijaya University in the context of the status change from a Public Service Agency (BLU) to a State Legal Entity University (PTN-BH). This institutional status change presents challenges in human resource management, which can affect employees' perceptions of job security and the level of support they receive from the organization. This research employs a quantitative approach, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 264 non-PNS employees at Sriwijaya University. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between job insecurity, organizational support, and turnover intention. The results indicate that job insecurity has a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of job uncertainty employees feel the greater their intention to leave their job. Conversely, organizational support has been proven to have a negative influence on turnover intention, indicating that the greater the support provided by the organization, the lower the intention of employees to leave their jobs. This research offers important contributions to understanding the factors influencing turnover intention, particularly amidst significant organizational changes. Findings are expected to serve as a reference for the management of Sriwijaya University in formulating policies to reduce turnover intention and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement
