Abstract

This study aims to determine the evaluation of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) as an effort to equalize education in SD Negeri 1 Jejawi. This research is included in descriptive research with a qualitative approach, data source collection is carried out by purposive and snowball, data collection techniques with triangulation (combined), and data analysis techniques using interactive model data analysis, namely context, input, process, and product (CIPP). The results of the study show that the evaluation of PIP at SD Negeri 1 Jejawi has been running optimally. Overall, the evaluation of the context, inputs, processes, and PIP products at SD Negeri 1 Jejawi has been carried out in accordance with government regulations, both from the mechanism of proposing, determining, and distributing to students who are entitled to receive assistance. The supporting factors for PIP at SD Negeri 1 Jejawi are the leadership of active and skilled principals, school operators who ensure efficient program management, parental support and school committees, and adequate school infrastructure. Meanwhile, the factors inhibiting the implementation of the program are long queues at distributing banks, lack of socialization, difficulty in monitoring the use of funds, and problems with student population administration. Good collaboration between the education office, schools, and parents of students is expected to increase the positive impact of the Indonesia Smart program at SD Negeri 1 Jejawi.
