Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran Security dan Electronic Service Quality dalam mempengaruhi Repurchase Intention aplikasi mobile banking Bank Sumsel Babel, dengan Trust sebagai variabel intervening. Data yang dikumpulkan dari 131 responden yang aktif menggunakan aplikasi mobile banking dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Smart PLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Electronic Service Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui Trust sebagai mediator. Security tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui Trust. Namun, Security tetap penting dalam membangun kepercayaan awal pengguna. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan fitur keamanan guna memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan.
