Abstract

Digitalization provides benefits for students by allowing them to easily learn anytime and anywhere, commonly referred to as E-Learning. Currently, many tutoring services have adopted this system, one of which is Ganesha Operation, which implements the GO Expert application as a support tool for students to learn. The author's observations show that there has been no evaluation conducted on the GO Expert application. Therefore, the author decided to conduct research to evaluate the GO Expert application by applying the TUXEL 2.0 method, which consists of three stages: Usability Inspection, General LMS/Pedagogical Usability, and User Experience Evaluation. The sample consisted of 100 respondents for the user experience evaluation questionnaire and 12 respondents for the usability inspection and general LMS/pedagogical usability questionnaires. The results obtained from the usability inspection stage revealed that out of a total of 312 potential issues, only 39 problems were reported, which constitutes 12.5% of the total. In the general LMS/pedagogical usability stage, out of a total of 252 potential issues, 29 problems were reported, which represents 11.5% of the total. In the user experience evaluation stage, the mean values for all aspects tested were > 0.8, indicating that all aspects were at a positive level. The conclusion of this study is that the GO Expert application is good and effective in supporting student's learning activities.
