Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the firm size (SIZE), debt policy (DAR), and profitability (ROA) on firm value (PBV), in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2023. This study employs a quantitative approach with secondary data as the data source. The sample in this study consists 16 companies, with 112 samples selected through the purposive sampling method. Panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) is used as the analytical technique. The results of this study indicate that company size have a negative effect on firm value. While debt policy and profitability has no affect on firm value. Keywords: Firm Size, Debt Policy, Profitability, Firm Value
