Abstract
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is an integrated approach between people, processes and technology to understand customer of a company with a focus on the customer and the development of relations between the company and its customers. Basically, the purpose of a company to adopt CRM is to improve performance and customer satisfaction. The purpose of implementation of CRM at Matrik Education Centre of Palembang is to assist Matrik in providing services and information about Matrik Education Centre of Palembang with the aim of acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, and provide added value to customers. The method used in this research is FAST, to describe the data model using the ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and for the functional model using DFD (Data Flow Diagram). While the programming language used to create this program is PHP with MySQL database server. The result of this research is to develop a CRM system in the form of a website which has menu to proper the needs of the CRM business strategy. The website also has a complete enough information so that customers can easily get the information and enable customers to deliver feedback on the services provided by the Matrik Education Centre Palembang
