Abstract

Stroke iskemik terjadi akibat penyumbatan arteri serebral yang menghambat aliran darah ke otak, meningkatkan risiko kecacatan dan kematian. Penerapan terapi yang rasional berperan penting dalam efektivitas pengobatan dan pencegahan komplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rasionalitas terapi stroke iskemik di RSUD Siti Fatimah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional retrospektif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, melibatkan 41 pasien yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan delapan parameter rasionalitas terapi, mencakup tepat diagnosis, tepat indikasi, tepat pasien, tepat obat, tepat dosis, tepat rute pemberian, tepat lama pemberian, dan kewaspadaan terhadap efek samping. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh terapi memenuhi kriteria tepat diagnosis (100%), tepat indikasi (100%), tepat pasien (100%), tepat obat (100%), tepat dosis terapi neuroprotektan (100%), terapi antikoagulan (100%), terapi antihipertensi (87,75%), serta terapi statin/antikolesterol (100%). Semua terapi juga memenuhi kriteria tepat rute pemberian (100%), tepat lama pemberian (100%), dan kewaspadaan terhadap efek samping (100%). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rasionalitas terapi stroke iskemik di RSUD Siti Fatimah telah sesuai dengan sebagian besar parameter yang dianalisis.
