Abstract

The vast geographical area of Pagar Alam City, with settlements scattered across hills and a considerable distance from the government administrative offices, presents a significant challenge for the community in accessing public services. This study aims to analyze and assess the effectiveness of the mobile service program implemented by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pagar Alam City. The research will evaluate how well this program addresses existing service delivery challenges, as well as its impact on community satisfaction and population administration. This study uses a qualitative research method with primary and secondary data sources. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The research uses Budiani’s program effectiveness theory. The study’s findings indicate that the mobile service program implemented by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pagar Alam City has been quite effective. However, there are still areas for improvement, particularly in public outreach. Based on these findings, this study recommends enhancing public socialization regarding the mobile service program and improving supporting facilities for public service processes. It is hoped that the mobile service program will become more effective in improving population administration.
