Abstract
Pabrik pembuatan Asam Sulfat dengan kapasitas produksi 190.000 ton/tahun direncanakan akan berdiri pada tahun 2030 di Kelurahan Cipadung Wetan, Kecamatan Panyileukan, Kabupaten Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan luas 5 Ha. Bahan baku untuk pembuatan asam sulfat adalah sulfur . Proses pembuatan asam sulfat ini mengacu pada Patent EP 4335817A1 dengan proses kontak yang membentuk produk asam sulfat. Pada pembuatan asam sulfat pada pabrik ini menggunakan 3 reaktor dengan 3 jenis yang berbeda, yang dimana reaktor 1 adalah bubble column, reaktor 2 adalah reaktor fixed bed dan reaktor 3 menggunakan reaktor CSTR. Pabrik ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur dengan karyawan sebanyak 183 orang. Pabrik Asam Sulfat layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi: Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 210.922.275,01 Total Penjualan = US$ 511.663.134,96 Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 392.249.303,62 Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = 46,90% Pay Out Time = 2,2 tahun Rate of Return On Investment (ROR) = 39,63% Discounted Cash Flow – ROR = 46,18% Break Even Point (BEP) = 23,76% Service Life = 11 tahun Kata Kunci: Asam Sulfat, Double Contact, Bubble Reactor, Absorption
