Abstract

Era digitalisasi global membawa tantangan baru dalam perlindungan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) di Indonesia, dengan meningkatnya pelanggaran hak cipta dan pembajakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi diplomasi Indonesia dalam melindungi HKI di era digitalisasi global, mengingat pentingnya HKI sebagai aset strategis negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, analisis dokumen kebijakan, dan laporan terkait HKI. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi diplomasi yang telah diterapkan, serta tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi Indonesia dalam melindungi HKI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia aktif dalam diplomasi multilateral melalui partisipasi di forum internasional seperti WIPO. Selain itu, Indonesia juga menjalin kerjasama bilateral dengan negara-negara seperti Malaysia dalam perlindungan HKI. Namun, tantangan seperti implementasi regulasi yang belum efektif dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat masih menjadi kendala utama. Strategi diplomasi budaya, regulasi yang kokoh, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital menjadi kunci untuk memperkuat perlindungan HKI Indonesia.
