Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of Return on Assets, firm Size and Leverage on Corporate Social Responsibility. The populations of this research are 35 of Private Bank foreign exchange in Indonesia. The sampling technique that is used for this research is purposive sampling. The total samples are 14 Banks during 2010 to 2013. The data analysis in this research used logistic regression. The result of this research shows that Return on Assets, firm size and leverage simultaneously have positive significant effect on Corporate Social R esponsibility with the coefficient of determination Negelkerke If is represented by 31,6%. Return on Assets and leverage partially did not have significant effect to Corporate Social Responsibility, besides that firm size partially has positive significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility.
