Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find the level of satisfaction by watching the talkshow program Indonesia Lawyers Club in TVOne. The theory used in this research is Uses and Gratification Theory, a Expectancy and Values Model. The research is descriptive qualitative research, which uses survey method and questionnaire as the medium. The respondents are students of Faculty of Social and Political Science Sriwijaya University Inderalaya who watching the talkshow program Indonesia Lawyers Club. The result of the research indicated the level of satisfaction of watching the talkshow program Indonesia Lawyers Club in TVOne among Students of Faculty of Social and Political Science Sriwijaya University Inderalaya is quite high. By looking at the ratio of gratification sought scores obtained with the needs of users by watching the talkshow program Indonesia Lawyers Club in TVOne, the result mean value calculation GS (3,318) is bigger than the value of Gratification Obtained (3,289). Which the result showed that the satisfaction level of watching the talkshow program Indonesia Lawyers Club in TVOne among Students of Faculty of Social and Political Science Sriwijaya University Inderalaya is indicated at quite high category with 3,304 calculation value.
