Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Variasi pada apoptosis dalam siklus menstruasi utamanya dimodulasi oleh steroid ovarium melalui regulasi oleh ekspresi Bcl-2 dan Bax. Stem cell dapat mengembalikan peran sel endometrium terkait gangguan apoptosis yang bermasalah pada kasus endometriosis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh pemberian BMMSC dan/atau dienogest terhadap ekspresi Bax, Bcl-2, dan rasio Bax/Bcl-2 pada model mencit endometriosis. Metode: Studi true experimental dengan desain post test only control group telah dilakukan Kandang Hewan Coba, Laboratorium Stem cell di Institut Tropic Disease dan Laboratorium Patologi Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya sejak Januari hingga Maret 2025. Didapatkan 40 ekor mencit model endometriosis yang dibagi menjadi empat kelompok masing-masing 10 ekor mencit perkelompok. Hasil : Pada penelitian ini didapatkan ekspresi Bax pada kelompok BMMSC secara bermakna lebih rendah dibandingkan kontrol (p = 0,002) , Dienogest (p = 0,034) dan kombinasi BMMSC + Dienogest (p = 0,006). Selain itu, didapatkan rasio Bax/Bcl-2 pada kelompok BMMSC yang secara bermakna lebih rendah dibandingkan kontrol (p = 0,000) , Dienogest (p = 0,007) dan kombinasi BMMSC + Dienogest (p = 0,001). Sedangan, ekspresi Bcl-2 secara bermakna lebih tinggi dibandingkan kontrol (p = 0,000), Dienogest (p = 0,004) dan kombinasi BMMSC + Dienogest (p = 0,000). Simpulan: Pemberian BMMSC menurunkan Bax dan rasio Bax/Bcl-2 serta meningkatkan Bcl-2 pada mencit model endometriosis lebih baik dibandingkan dienogest dan kombinasi dienogest + BMMSC Kata Kunci : Bax, Bcl-2, BMMSC, Dienogest, Endometriosis
