The results showed that the implementation of office OHS in the Admin Building of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk was already in the Good criteria (72.65%). Implementation in the aspects of OHS policy, ergonomics, work environment, is good but in occupational safety there is no Co2 Extinguisher and Water Springkler and occupational health there is no return to work program, industrial hygiene services, ergonomic services, occupational psychology services, work nutrition services, ANC services, simple physiotherapy services and return to work assistance and the unavailability of breastfeeding rooms and for ergonomic aspects there is no trolley line. The results of this study can serve as a reference for companies to improve and enhance aspects of safety, health, and ergonomics in the workplace.
