Abstract
Abstract Discourse of women as a science or not had made long time issue. Actually, women studies is similar with ecology, demography etc. As a science, based on Kuhn?s science paradigm, women studies had viewed as paradigm on the beginning 1980?s and had been developing as science. Study and research model onwomen studies had also been developing. Moreover, women studies had influenced Public Administration especially on decision making of public policy or as a public policy itself. As a science, women studies have own object for study and methodology for itself to research. Key words: Studi Perempuan, Ilmu, Paradigma. Administrasi Negara
