Abstract
Hospitals are institutions that provide comprehensive health services through various types of health services by providing inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. In providing these various health services, the hospital needs to pay attention to the quality of the services provided in order to achieve patient satisfaction. Although the hospital has tried to improve the quality of its services so that patients are satisfied and loyal to the hospital, sometimes complaints can still be found such as gaps between patient expectations and services received. One way for patients to submit complaints is by providing online reviews through the Google Maps platform. Furthermore, these reviews can be further processed using aspect-based sentiment analysis using the IndoBERT model. The aspects used are aspects related to hospitals, namely Doctor Services, Nurse Services, Staff Services, Facilities, and Costs. In addition, experiments using IndoBERT were divided into 4 experimental scenarios. Where each experiment uses data that goes through a combination of different data pre-processing techniques, specifically stopword removal and stemming. As a result, experimental scenario 4 got the best overall results with an average F1-Score Macro value of 0.709. This proves that the use of data pre-processing techniques, especially stopword removal and stemming, does not improve the performance of the IndoBERT model in performing aspect-based sentiment analysis on hospital-related reviews.
