Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh latihan squat jump terhadap hasil tendangan jarak jauh dalam permainan sepak bola pada siswa putra kelas XI SMK N 1 Indralaya Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian ini mendapatkan sampel dengan cara Ordinal Pairing untuk menentukan kelompok ekperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Teknik Ordinal Pairing bertujuan untuk menyeimbangkan antara kelompok. Hasil penelitian dinyatakan normal dan homogen maka dilakukan pengajuan hipotesis menggunakan statistik “uji t” Kriteria pengujian Ho jika thitung ≥ ttabel (1 –α),dan tolak Ho jika thitung ≤ ttabel(1-α), dimana t(1-α) adalah t yang terdapat di dalam tabel distribusi t dengan dk = n1 +n2-2 dan peluang (1 – α).t hitung yang diperoleh =31,92 sedangkan t(0,95)(60)=1,67 adalah t yang di dapat dari t tabel distribusi tablet. Dengan harga thitung=31,92 dan dikonsultasikan dengan t(0,95)(60)=1,67 di dapat thitung=31,92≥ttabel(1-α)=1,67. Dari perhitungan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat beda yang signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Maka hipotesis yang berbunyi “Ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan squat jump terhadap hasil tendangan jarak jauh pada permainan sepak bola siswa putra XI SMK Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara.
