Abstract
Delay is a scheduled departure that late due to a reason. The delayed departure of BRT Trans Musi caused by congestion and the number of people who use the transportation, so a total Delay Management is needed to determine the amount of delay. This study models the Total Delay Management in BRT Trans Musi and find out the amount of delay at the end of departure. The data used in this study is the departure schedule of BRT Trans Musi which consists of 35 stops, namely from Terminal AAL to Integration (Ampera) and the reverse. Formulation model of Total Delay Management consists of 2 models for each of its objectives function. Based on the results and the discussion, the minimum total delay for the departure of with corridor Terminal AAL to Integration (Ampera) was 4200 seconds, while the minimum total delay for the departure of Integration (Ampera) to Terminal AAL was 12600 seconds.
