Abstract

The website-based repository and research publication information system is designed to assist in managing academic data in the Informatics Management Study Program at Sriwijaya University. Previously, the management of lecturers' research reports and students' final assignments was still done manually through administrative records and CD media, which made it difficult to search for data when needed. This study aims to build an application to make it easier for admins to manage data, as well as make it easier for students and lecturers to find references without having to go to the library. The system was developed using the waterfall method with stages of analysis, design, implementation/coding, and testing. Coding was done using PHP, MySQL, and Visual Studio Code. The test results using the black box method showed that the system ran well and according to needs.
